Drake State Community & Technical College is proud to announce that five of our esteemed faculty members—Bertha Little, Brittany Doran, Joseph Bevel, Larry Snell and Kory Rafferty—have been selected to participate in the Alabama Community College System’s (ACCS) CTE Externship program.

This prestigious professional development opportunity will provide our faculty with invaluable insights into real-world challenges and opportunities within their fields. By engaging directly with industry professionals, they will gain a deeper understanding of the current needs of businesses and employers. This experience will empower them to enhance their teaching strategies, ensuring that our students are even better prepared for successful careers in their chosen industries.
