Drake State Community & Technical College student 2023 1098-T information is now available to download from the Heartland ECSI website. Step-by-step instructions are also available. Students must contact Heartland ECSI directly to obtain copies of their 1098-Ts and with any questions.

The customer service 1098-T number is 1-866-428-1098. Customer Advocates are available Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 8 pm Eastern Time. Students can retrieve general information about their 1098-T or 1098-E tax document using their automated service that is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
