This error occurs when a student placed on Suspension for Term is attempting to register.

To solve this problem:

1. Go to Access Program SHAC ( Student History: Academic Credit Maintenance).
2. Enter Student ID and press enter.
3. Then Press the "F1" key to display detail records.
4. F5=Clear Displayed Suspensions produces the following actions:
   * The term suspension records displayed below the Option line are removed. This is the same action as taken in RGMTS...Maintain Term Suspension.
   * The Standing status is changed to AP= Academic Probation.
   * The 1st Suspension Indicator is set to 'Y' indicating that the student has not had a clear standing since placed
   on suspension.
   * The 2nd Suspension Indicator is set to blank to indicate that the student is not currently is a suspended term.
   * Audit records are written for each suspension that is cleared and may be viewed using the F4=Aud from SHAC.
   * The screen is re-displayed with these
   changes.
